I've lived at Tucson Trails for three years now and it has been pleasant. It was a little rough in the beginning but once it came under new management, everything turned around. Any work orders that I need to submit (for things that wear down over a few years) are handled within 24 hours. The office staff is friendly and professional. There's plenty of parking available and Josh does a great job of making sure the lot is plowed in a timely manner. I would certainly recommend giving Tucson a chance. It's a great place to live for a great price.
