I think that many of the reviewers do not have a lot of experience in renting an apartment in Downtown Madison. I really hope they move into one of the lousy properties around campus.

Old University Place is not 2308 University Ave, it is 2355 Univ Ave. My apartment faces University Heights, it is still there, not sure what formerly University Heights is talking about.

Since this is a new building I have not had any problems. Maintenance is very good about delivering packages and came right away to show me how to use my heat.

Overall I like the location since I'm going to Med School. My experience living in other properties Downtown has been poor to say the least, I guess that is why I can appreciate the job Goldleaf does.

you must work for Gold leaf or on the take. wait untill you move out. they will nickle and dime you to death to get your security deposit. Be warned
