Way better than my old apartment

Last year I lived with Steve Brown, way over priced! The year before that, I lived with Madison Property Management, rude management and horrible maintenance. I had heard good things about Goldleaf from friend that stayed with them. So I??m trying them this year. I moved in August 15th and things have been good. The management staff was very organized for move in. My apartment was clean and ready for me at noon. Since moving in I stopped in to their office to drop off rent and to get a bike permit, the staff has been friendly both times. I would recommend Goldleaf whole heartedly.
