I have lived here for almost two years and overall my experience was pretty good. The building is kept clean and is fairly quiet most of the time. The security is good.
However, I have been disappointed in maintenance on more than one occasion. At one point I told the office I had a concern that my heat wasn't working correctly. When I arrived back home around 8 pm, they had left my heat on since they were there in the morning. My apartment was literally over 100 degrees. When I told them about my unhappiness with this situation and asked for some monetary compensation for them running my heat on high for about 10 hours I was ignored. Another time my microwave broke and was not fixed for over two months. They did give me a loaner, but they didn't take it back after they finally fixed it and I had to make 5 calls and wait over a week for them to come pick up the loaner.
Overall, I would say the apartments and parking are slightly overpriced but they are safe, clean, and quiet.
