Overall, I've been very satisfied with Wexford. The apartments and common areas are clean and well-maintained, parking is more than adequate, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I've had a few minor maintenence issues, but nothing that wasn't dealt with quickly. My rent includes underground parking (very important during Wisconsin winters) and access to the pool, fitness room, and tanning bed.

One potential downside: despite the Madison mailing address, this is actually much closer to Middleton. Getting to UW and downtown Madison requires about a 20 minute drive (or a half hour plus bus ride). The neighborhood is residential and very quiet, which you may consider either a plus or a minus. However, there is convenient shopping, restaurants, etc., many within within walking distance. It's just a little on the suburban side.

Compared with other apartment complexes in the Madison area, I'd say this is a very good value for the money. As long as you don't mind living a bit further from the hub of the city, Wexford's a good bet.
