There is absolutely no sound-proofing at Wexford Ridge between 1st and 2nd floor. You will hear absolutely everything if you are on the 1st floor. The management and owner do nothng if there are partying, loud people who are consistently disruptve.
Wexford Place is like made a house of cards!

I'm sorry, do you mean Wexford Ridge off of Gammon road or Wexford Place of off North High Point Road? I know several people who live there and they've never had a problem with noise levels! And I've been told that the staff and maint. crew are pretty amazing. If you are refering to Wexford Ridge please edit your review b/c you are making this great place to call a home sound bad!!! :)
