	absolutely no soundproofing, bugs like red ants, negative management, shoddy apliances....you get the picture....these things ruin the good things like nice looks of apartment and nice on site staff

	PROS: NICE BUILDING, NICE LOFTS CONS: NOISY APARTMENTS, DIFFICULT PARKING, AND WORST OF ALL, TRAINS BLASTING THEIR HORNS ALL NIGHT -- SLEEP IS IMPOSSIBLE CONCLUSION: FIND A PLACE THAT IS QUIET AND HAS GOOD PARKING
