Concerned Lived there in 2008-2009 a horrible place to live. Staff treats tenants terribly, especially minorities who speak no English. I thought it would be an upscale place to live but even with the cheap coats of paint they used to try to make it more lovely it was still an old run down

Wow! What a difference new ownership/management makes Since the new owners took over in 2008, this place has had a complete turn around. They take care of maintenance issues promptly, and such friendly staff!! It is great to have their office onsite now! I highly recommend this community

Best in the neighborhood! I moved here 5 months ago from Fitchburg Square - and I'm glad I did! There's so much less noise at Abbey Hill. People who live here are considerate of each other. The managers are there when I need help and keep up the place real nice.
