I rented this place back in 2004. I had issues with a noisemaker upstairs above me, and there was another noisemaker upstairs next to the other one. The one above me they knew, and apparently they buddied up with the one that would run that entertainment system after hours. They seemed to keep the older people (seniors) in the 1708 building the one where they lived. Otherwise they had it out for me big time when I complained about that one above me that they "knew". They said that he wouldn't do that. Gee what was I hearing then' In the packet with the rules and stuff. "It said no loud and abusive noise". Apparently it doesn't apply to people they know. Also I wish I knew my rights because it seemed more like they were retaliating against me when I had to put that place down for a reference. Apparently they couldn't of been honest and told both sides of the story.
Also no one else was ever around coincidentally when this stuff was going on.

However the property owner seemed to be decent. The onsite managemant when I was there was terrible, maybe because I was younger' Who knows. If you complain here, YOUR the problem, not the person your complaining about. Theres many, many more things to list but it would take all day.
