i have been living in these apartments for about 9 months now with my girlfriend. we have been more than happy with EVERYTHING except one thing. and that is that we struggle with the size of the apartment. it is is smaller and that is why the rent bill is. if your single or think you can manage then by all means these apartments are great. i have seen my friends apartments that they pay a lot more for that are not nearly this well maintained or well attended to. we had a leak in our garbage disposal and even though our maintenence guy was injured and not available, they had someone here the very next morning. the ground are great. right on the lake and landscaped very nicely. they have a nice pool and gas grills available right by the pool that are very convenient. 8 out of 10 just because of the size
