My husband and I lived at Apple Valley for over a year with our two daughters. We recently left after purchasing our first home. Since we've been married, we have lived in three different apartments, and this is the best by far! We only wish we would have found it first!!! It would have saved the hassle of moving so many times. The neighbors were quiet, mostly middle-aged and older adults. They were friendly, but everyone pretty much stayed to themselves. There is underground parking (very nice in winter!), and the landscaping is beautiful - you feel like you are living in the middle of a park (especially in spring when the crab apple trees bloom). The location is so convenient - Walgreens, Starbucks, Pizza Hut, MF library, Blockbuster, Dollar Tree, Sentry, and two playgrounds are within walking distance. We loved it!!!
The best part of Apple Valley is the office and grounds staff. They have a 24 hour answering service and they attend to maintenance needs immediately. Everyone in the office is very friendly, personable, and easy to work with.
We highly recommend these apartments.
