Where to begin' Our stove blew up one night.. There is a serious rodent problem in the building, as we had several mice.. The manager will not answer your call if she knows your phone number, we would have to call from an unlisted number, or a number different than ours. The people above us let their dog go to the bathroom on their balcony and literally drip down on us.. Nothing was done about it, even after numerous complaints about the dog. There was a SHOOTING while we were there.. Cops were there on NUMEROUS occasions.. Kids liked to smoke weed in the storage units downstairs. Our screen door on the patio never worked right. We asked for it to be fixed several times and got nothing. Each time they'd say it was fixed and then it would fall off. They will STEAL from you when you check-out. They will be real nice, until a MONTH later when your bill arrives, way overcharging you. Then will NOT send you an invoice, rather a hand written quote. Will make things up, not answer emails or phone calls for days. Just a really unprofessional way of handling business. Also, hope you dont mind listening to your neighbors screaming at each other drunk at 3 AM. That happened as well on numerous occasions. If you are looking to be miserable for the life of your lease, this is the place for you... DO NOT RENT HERE

The foregoing message is false and misleading. It is a case of sour grapes by a former tenant. We run a great complex and would be happy to show you why it is a great place to live.

I also have pictures of my issues and I also have phone records proving that I tried calling numerous time. (They tried telling me that I never called or tried to get a hold of them).

Hi, I also have pictures of several things that Cameron Heights was wrong about. They stole from me and my husband as well once we left the complex. I could provide phone records too, as I tried to call the manager several times and she'd never answer the phone. I always had to call from work, and even then it was rare for her to answer. We were treated very poorly and I would never recommend my friends move in there.
