I have been here for almost 2 years, Just waiting for lease to be up. It was OK here, nothing special. Plumbing is horrible! There is mold in the basement all over the walls from pipes leaking. Some old furniture in the basement people left behind against windows, which is accumulating mold too. The people below us complain that my tub leaks water into theirs. SO, the maintenance had to come by like 4 times to fix it. And when they said they were coming like 8AM. I was ready to go and everything that morning but nope, never showed! My apartment is a decent size and is alright. The dishwasher is very loud however i have never heard much noise from everyone else. Very well insulated. We would just like to move to a bigger apartment and we just have to wait until Jan. Just make sure when you move in to do the sheet for what ever is wrong in the apartment. and take pictures! Also read all fine print in lease. They added different things since a new management took over. If you have children, make sure you watch them because you get finned if they play in the parking lots. And one more thing, they have security cameras on the trash bins outside for i don't know what.
