Great Place to call home!!! New Management takes any maintenance requests seriously, and I have not had any problems with my apartment. You always get what you pay for and the price is about right especially if you look at other properties in Menomonee Falls. At least I can say the property

Closest thing to owning your own home My family lived in the town house section for nearly 5 years. Very quiet, never heard our neighbors the whole time. Large units with private garages and basements. Very low heating bills. Very friendly people that own and run this place, great neighbors.
