My wife and I moved in as newlyweds and wouldn't have desired anything better. The grounds are beautiful and the area is extremely peaceful. As for the management, they know all of the residents by name and make it a point to make you feel like a resident, and not just a source of income. They have always been very curtious and willing to help when it comes to our needs. Especially in the area of heat, for just $15 a month you can have heat included. That's $180 for the year... I know people that pay anywhere from $100 to $150 a month for heat. Maintenance is prompt and done to satisfaction. Safety has never been an issue. That was the leading factor for our choosing Arbor Lakes in the first place. Don't believe me, call the Middleton PD and ask for records. They'll prove that it is safe. We are very happy and are considering extending our lease. Props to Steve and the Arbor Lakes staff! Good job guys.
