Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
-First the apartment has a very bad odor.
-Second when we moved in they hadn't even put a lock on the door and then they put in on backwards so it wouldn't lock
-There was paint drops all over the floor
-There was a huge rip in the carpet in the closet.
-We got a newly remodeled one and so none of the plastic shelving was attached
-None of the electical outlets had any screws in them so my husband just screwed them in.
-There were also so many holes in the wall I couldn't count
-Our dishwasher didn't work when we moved in and it took them 2 weeks to come and fix it and they have electical repair men who live in the apartment building and we found out they were our next door neighbors
Do not be fooled by the model they show you
There is so much more about this apartment the only thing that was reasonable was the price.
