This is a nice quiet place and has great potential to be a happy home for people. I was frustrated with my lease signing and the mistakes made with that. I am frustrated with the parking. People park in the walkways...doesn't help that I have a family member in a wheelchair that can't get onto the sidewalk or to my apartment without being carried over snow banks because the walkways are blocked with parked cars. Very frustrating, unsafe and illegal. I have reported it numerous times and nothing is done about it. The heating bills and efficiency are horrible...outrageous during the winter months. The community is nice and very quiet but the other things make the experience a bad one.
