I would say that overall this place is ok for living in Middleton - Not much else that is affordable in this city. They have always been fast to respond to my few service requests and have never had a problem with the office although they seem to go through staff fairly quickly. Also, my apartment was entered without notice while I was sleeping.

Cons include:
Very inefficient - definately is worth paying extra rent for free heat!!
Noisy neighbors and marijuana is being smoked in my building - not safe for children
Occasionally drunk people cause a disturbance.
No sealed outgoing mailbox in building and your mail will get stolen if you leave it at the box
