I lived here for a year. It wasn't a horrible place to live but it is definitely overpriced for what you get. The carpet in my apartment was disgusting and should have been replaced 10 years ago. The final few months I caught about 1 mouse a week in my apartment...when I told the management about it, the response was to put glue traps down. Not exactly getting to the root of the problem there.

I was excited to hear that the management was going to put in a "fitness center" this year, but when I went in to it, found that they put in equipment that didn't work. Its pretty evident that the only reason the "fitness center" went in was to impress prospective residents...not for the use of actual residents.

On the positive side, its a safe area and a pretty quite community. It also has convient access to the bus line.
