I have lived here for almost 2 years my lease ends in March 08, and when i moved in the unit i am in, this building was NO PETS. After a year here it became pet freindly. Don't get me wrong i love animals, but i am allergic to cats and dogs. So now i am constantly sick because the landlord made this building pet freindly without even saying anything to the current residents in the building! That really made me mad! Since the animals are allowed in the apartments now, i have urin seaping thru the celing! GROSS!!! I will never rent here again! I moved here because there were no pets allowed in this unit, now i have to move!

If you get an apartment with heat included in your rent, be carful, the heat may not be warm enough for you! I have suffered thru the winters with space heaters just to keep warm. Last year they said "they fixed the problem." Did they' No! This year i finally got it fixed to where it should be.

The floor plans are kind of boring. The appliances are old and the kitchens are SMALL!

The laundry rooms are too small for how many units need to share it. There are 16 units in my building and we have to share 2 washers and 2 dryers! k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
