Arbor Lakes at Middleton
< | >
I lived at Arbor Lakes for 3 years. I couldn't afford to move anywere else at the time. If I could have, I would have. There is almost no insulation in the walls and the windows leak air so bad, plastic hardly helps. They put new siding on the buildings but did not add any insulation. WHY' Electric bills run between $120 and $180 a month, just to keep the unit at 65 degrees. If I had candles burning, the flame would blow with the wind coming through the patio door. The two bedroom unit was nice, but the kitchen is so small, two people have a hard time moving around. They do have two UNHEATED pool that are usually way to cold to swim in for more then a few minutes. The number of problems with the area have been steadly growing and nothing is being done about it. Fireworks all night in the summer, loud people partying outside til 3:00am, gun shots. It's just not worth living there. I am more then happy to leave that place, and don't really recommend it to anyone.
