I think your maintenance crew is very helpful.. Their always helpful and do repairs in a timely manner.
As for the staff in the office, I don't have a very warm feeling coming from one individual. Male, in middle desk of office when you walk in.

I feel that with the apparent managerial turnover and the leaving of the middle-aged woman who seemed to be in charge, drastic improvements have been made in just about every aspect of this establishment. I wouldn't mind if they did something about the goose poop littering the lakeside.

That guy is gone now theres a BIG FAT MEAN LADY not just ugly on the outside and that lady is gone and replaced by a guy who has no clue about apt managment
