When I read some of the reviews i wonder r some of these peoples experence at living with other people comes from watching the real life on mtv.First the staff is very friendly,Willing to help in any situation,There are a lot of units here so they cant always jump and be at your beck and call.I have never had to wait for any repairs or concerns.If you want butler service there are other apts for 900 and up for a studio.But for the money we have two pools (that im in all summer)basketball courts a little lake u can borrow a paddle boat and toot around with the ducks and geese its great,they have an onsite cable installer and oder taker that can even get you free instal service,(ask for sheri)In the three years i have been here they have slowly been upgrading the property nicely,New roofs,Balconeys,Basketball courts,Paddle Boat,Vollyball net etc,And no im not just saying this because i have a crush on the cute person who will always be willing to help you. is that O.K
