We have seen a positive turn around since new management and office staff have taken over. In defense of Arbor Lakes, vandalism can happen anywhere, it doesn't discriminate. Many of the negative reviews we've received are from people who decided to renew their lease, so that says something in itself. People tend to do these reviews much more often when they're angry than when they have something positive to say. We hope to see only positive reviews from here on out! Please come out and visit us; it really is a beautiful property.

Madison and Middleton are Notorious for apartment living. If you can't find something else, then you are not looking hard enough, or you are totally lazy and would rather complain.

I am not angry or disgruntled.The Apts are POOR the management is the same.Its just the truth about cars being broken into and Apts robbed1You cant make a pretty picture they have lowered there standards and police are here alot due to bad stuff going on so please we are a god fearing family and this place is truly dissapointing read all the reviews as you can see this was written buy a staff member good luck in finding a apt just please look elsewhere we did!!!!And we are so glad we did!!!!!and if the robberies were not so often its not just random there its all the time,And that does not happen other places unless we talk badger road or other ghetto apts
