I've had very few negative experiences here, and those only due to a noisy neighbor party or two. The office staff is helpful and friendly, the few maintenance issues I had were taken care of quickly, and the rent is very reasonable for a good-sized apartment. (I had a one-bedroom.) The grounds are beautiful and the ponds a nice perk. I know I'll miss the ponds and trees when I leave -- I'm leaving only because I can now afford a place with underground parking.
