I lived there for a few years, either with my mother or in my own place, my mother has lived there for over 10 years.

Really nice place.. Linda, the office lady is AWSOME, the mantainance guy is really nice (Steve I think'), the grounds are well kept and beautiful.

The parking lots are a bit dim.. on the good side you don't have too much light streaming into your windows and there's very little crime in that area so it doesn't really matter as long as you don't run someone over.

Snow is plowed quickly in winter, better than the city does on the surrounding streets.

There are garbage/recycling bins in the basement so you don't have to go out into the cold to take out the trash in winter.

The appartments themselves are older buildings but very well taken care of and regularly renovated.

Only nagatives I can really think of: narrow kitchens, if you like to cook with someone you'll be rubbing butts; no central air - regular air conditioners but they work pretty well; one laundry room in the basement, not big deal if you're fit but kinda hard for my mom who has very bad knees; parking can sometime be annoying, it depends on the day.. but you can get a reserved climate controled parking space in the basement.
