Nice location, poor maintenance

I moved into the complex and had to clean everything myself (behind stove and refridgerater). Maintenance never came once to fix anything. The halls smell like dog and the outside of the building has not been power washed in years. Let alone the cob webbs outside and in the main halls. Winter time is another story, can we say ice. The resident managers were friendly but it would be a month w nothing being cleaned. Good rent but poor maintenance.
