I have lived in Deer Creek for 2 years and I have been very pleased with the experience. The apartments are nice, new and clean. Management is extremely helpful and know all the residents by name and where they live. You can choose to live in a pet-friendly or no-pet building. I live in a no-pet building on the second floor (three floors total) and I have never once heard my neighbors below and rarely ever hear the neighbors above. I've never needed to complain about noise, and I am very sensitive to noise issues. Sometimes I feel like I'm the only person living here. The underground parking is included in the cost of rent and I've never had a problem getting into or out of the garage. there is plenty of outdoor parking for visitors as well. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else in the madison/middleton area. rent is a bit more here, and goes up about $15/year, but I think it's well worth it.
