While living there, I was very pleased with most things..the grounds, the pool, the apartment itself...but was bothered by the management changing continually! so the "rules" kept changing too...and not for the better! Also, beware of the checkout inspection...you WILL lose money! and they will attempt to ILLEGALLY charge you money to clean the carpet!! check your rights with the Madison Tenant Society before you rent!
