I have had absolutely no problems with the property or the staff. Sure, the management staff have changed, but they've been really nice and friendly about it. If you got charged for something, you probably deserved to. They keep a nice property. In fact, it's really gorgeous. I would guess that you probably left your apartment in really horrible condition.

It's sad that the management has to make fake entries to make their management staff look better. The staff is not trustworthy, and some have criminal records. If I were looking for a real luxury apartment, try Providence Hill or Yorktown Estates, they know how to hire good managers with clean backrounds. Not to mention their apartments are divine.
