Hard Wood Floors throughout give it a nice cozy feel. The kitchen is awesome. Plenty of windows for a wonderful breeze on nice days.
Parking is ample. The Parking lot is never full, but even if it was, There is a ton of off street parking. Very quiet neighborhood. Parks, Bike Trails, Fitness Centers, Lake Mendota, all 20 seconds away. Prime location. UW Madison and Edgewood 10minutes Max. MATC 20 minutes max.
Maintenance requests are handled very efficiently.
The Apartment Managers are excellent people.
I don't have that many complaints really. I think my only complaint would be, as of right now only Charter is available here. However when they filed Bankruptcy I emailed T.R. McKenzie, and was told they are highly considering letting residents have Dish, Plus AT&T U-Verse is almost hee too.
