This place is a joke, and that is a big complement! Things are constantly broken in the apartments, they are not maintained at all. The live in management are totally lazy and hate to be bothered about anything. The owner is never around and doesnt care about the renters, he is a big shot greedy realtor who only wants you to pay the rent every month. So if you live here plan on doing your own plumbing, fixing almost everything inside, shoveling, etc and all maintenance because if you try to contact the managers for anything you will only get bad rumors started about you, they are totally worthless! If you rent here count on nothing but headaches!

I agree. The resident managers are worthless, things rarely get done. My family members have done more work in my apartment than the maintenance people have...it's a sad situation.

Same disturbed renter,follows the same pattern.This person is very unhappy with life and self.I just hope they get the help they need.I have lived on overlook pass for many years now and I and many others have always been taken care of here.our needs were always met.
