Where shall I begin...

This is one creepy place. I have lived here for a year and wish I would have gotten out when I had the chance! It all has to do with how lazy the resident managers are and how stupid the landlord is. They don't fix anything and I know because as long as I have lived there I have had broken blinds, a broken, toilet, a broken fan in the bathroom, a broken screen door, etc. Apparently someone was supposed to come fix that 7 months ago...I'm sure they just got stuck in traffic...

I also enjoy the fact that the mold seeping through the bathroom floors and shower doesn't seem to be a problem for Tim Maxon and his worthless resident managers. I'm sure when they get sued one more time they might consider lifting a finger around the apartment complex.

All I can suggest is to not even consider moving here. Maybe stop by for a tour so you can get a good laugh at the lies you'll hear, but that's about it.

Again this is the same person writing the reviews as it follows the same pattern of a very disturbed renter.It also follows the same pattern of the same renter responding to the good reviews.Any one has the right to respond no matter when they have lived here past or present.There are alot of happy people who had a pleasant experience living on overlook pass.Past and Present.
