I feel that we can't blame ----- and ----- for all this. I do think we should be blaming --- -----. We can't get mad at ----- and ----- cuz they are getting rewarded. --- ----- is the one that keeps them on his "payroll". I just wish that --- ----- would see how much this is effecting the moral of "Overlook Pass". If I was an owner of a complex I would sure fix the "not to happy complaints". I do understand you can't make everyone happy but some of things I have witnessed or heard about, honestly I can't believe --- ----- allows this to happen or ----- and ----- make sure to cover it up before --- ----- hears about it. I hate to say this but I feel that Overlook Pass is owned by a slum-landlord, --- ----- doesn't care about his tenants well-being he just wants that rent check. It's just a sad complex and I hope he read this understands that his tenants aren't happy with him or how he is running Overlook. I mean I read all these comments and everyone is right! If you are looking at this place to rent, go around and ask people that already live here, knock on doors and they will let you know.

IT'S TO BAD THAT PEOPLE ARE SO UNHAPPY IN THEIR LIVES THAT THE ONLY WAY TO STAND OUT IN SOCIETY IS TO MAKE UP SUCH HORRIFIC LIES,I WONDER HOW THEY SLEEP AT NIGHT.THEY CLEARY NEED SOME MEDICAL HELP.THE GOOD ALWAYS OVER COMES EVIL.

I am actually not unhappy in my life at all. I am a very happy person and love life. I just think people should really know how Overlook treats their people. It's truly sad that the management and owners feel that they need to get people from the past to comment. I don't need medical help at all, I think Management and Owners do need that medical treatment though or get evaluated. It might bring happier people and boost your comments on here since they are so concerned.

Yes the first response is an example of how we are treated and what the managers are really like which is what is really too bad about the apartments. Yeah right it is the tenants that are all lying and are these bad people and the managers are the ones telling the truth, it is too bad that you need to look at it that way and you cant see the reality. It sounds like from the comment above that the managers have no idea how lazy they are and how bad a job they are doing at the apartments. They get away with it so things dont change. If the wealthy owner from wealthy DSI Real Estate wanted to spend a little money and get real management like any normal apartment complex he could, but it's obvious he's too cheap and doesnt want to. It is not the tenants fault that the managers here are not up to the job. Managers need to understand that we pay rent for basics like maintenance and other routine things to be consistently taken care of, and they are not! It is your job as a manager to do the basics which rarely get done! You need to understand that is what people are saying and you can deny it and be in denial all you want. What is too bad is that the managers need to accuse tenants of lying simply because they have a problem or dont want to do their job. We see every day that the place is not maintained or professionally and adequately managed but if the managers cant or refuse to see that it is too bad for them. Anyone coming here to visit can take a good look around and see that.
