I agree this site is so helpful! I wish I read these posts before I moved to overlook pass apartments. I'm moving this summer and this has been very helpful. I would never recommend overlook pass and am so glad to be out of there! That place is such a trailer park nightmare. It's not maintained or managed at all, the year I was there the roof gutters were never cleaned out which are packed and overflowed all the time and was so noisy at night when it rained. There was always something that needed fixed and was never, it was so hard to get repairs done and when saying something about a problem it was always turned around on me that I was the problem and complaining too much. The owner will rent to anyone as long as they get the rent in on time. There was a drug dealer living across from me and a guy down the hall who was completely crazy and a bipolar. He raised hell all the time blasting music and screaming at people, he stalked and harassed me when I lived there and they did nothing about it. I guess he paid his rent so that's all that matters. So if you are a criminal or drug dealer with some cash for rent or someone who likes to get crazy and not worry about being evicted, this would be a great home for you. Good luck!

AGAIN THIS SOUNDS LIKE A PERSON WHO CLEARLY NEEDS MEDICAL ATTENTION,I FEEL SORRY FOR PEOPLE LIKE THIS WHO SLIP THROUGH THE CRACKS!MAYBE THEY JUST HAVE NO MEDICAL INSURANCE AND THAT IS SOCIETY'S FAULT.

It's pretty sad that you have to attack someone's medical condition instead of dealing with this shady apartment complex complaints. That comment shows how clearly supportive you are to the tenants needs and wants. Isn't OVERLOOK PASS A NICE PLEASE TO LIVE, when people attack people!!! GREAT!!! COME LIVE HERE. NOT. Save your money and anger.
