I lived at Overlook Pass for two years, while I was preparing to buy a house, when I first arrived in Madison for a new job. It was a very pleasant place to live. I had a one-bedroom apartment on the ground floor on the east side of the building, which abutted the woods. It was peaceful and quiet on my patio, and in my apartment (I didn't have any problems with noise from other units). The rent was quite reasonable, esp. since heat was included. The apartment was large for a one-bedroom. I was moving from a two-bedroom and my stuff fit in easily. The apartment had recently been remodeled, so the decor and appliances were all new. I didn't have too many maintenance issues, but the few I did have were resolved quickly. I found the management to be very helpful. The resident managers live on site, and they are friendly and helpful. I didn't know the owner personally, but the interaction I had with him via mail was agreeable. At the end of my lease, he refunded my security deposit promptly. Overall, I would definitely recommend Overlook Pass if you are looking for a safe, clean, peaceful, and affordable place to live.

Interesting...why would someone who lived here 3 years ago suddenly find the urge to write a review? Is Tim Maxon so desperate that he's actually having --------------- contact their friends to write reviews? So sad...

That is sick. That just tells you the truth about ---------------. SICK!!! That is all I have to say. This place makes me puke.
