I am just finishing one year at Pheasant Run II and I would rate this complex fairly high. I really was impressed by the friendliness of the resident managers and all of the activities that were planned for residents. I had a two bed loft with a roommate and I only had a few complaints. The primary one would be parking. Every so often the small lot would fill up forcing you to back out and park in the lower lot. My roommate exacerbated this by having two cars. This didn't happen often, but invariably when I was returning from the grocery store.
