A little expensive

Overall, the apartments were OK.
The three pluses were that they allowed special exemptions and helped me out of a jam, it is very easy to get to Copps and Harbor Athletic, and heat was included in the rent.
The three negatives: I did have a hard time getting hold of Fred at times and had to call Rouse Management to get issues corrected, it can get occasionally noisy (not the tenants) because of the fire and ambulances and garbage at 6 am, and the rent got jacked to $760 and they are other 2 bedroom that are cheaper and better kept.
