I highly recommend living there. Fred, the mgr., and his wife are both amazing and always friendly and willing to help. Great neighbors too. Never had any crime issues. When i walked into the first apt my roommate and i checked out i fell in love with it immediately! Big kitchen with breakfast bar, washer and dryer in unit, and huge living room. If it wasn't for me moving I'd renew in a heartbeat. Hopefully the next apt will be as good. Thanks Fred!
