My husband and I didn't actually end up renting from Pheasant Run, but along the road apartment shopping, Pheasant Run was the most pleasant experience we'd had. If the apartment in Pheasant Run I had been bigger, or if a unit in Pheasant Run II had been available, we'd be calling ourselves proud tenants! Fred in particular was so helpful throughout the whole process. What I really will be missing out on is the community they foster there, including volleyball and bowling leagues and campfires, etc., just to get everyone to know each other. The price was incredible and included heat. The unit had new carpet and was absolutely spotless, too. Like I said - had the apartment been a bit bigger (my husband and I have a TON of stuff and big furniture), we'd be calling Pheasant Run our home.
