This apartment has it all:
1. Ignorant and unavailable resident managers
2. Hostile office staff (wait till you move out... it will come)
3. Unkempt grounds with weeds like trees
4. Dirty move in conditions
5. Garbage everywhere but in the dumpster
6. Old, broken down appliances
7. Carpets that are already dirty and impossible to keep clean (don't worry, you'll buy them new carpet when you move out)
8. Broken and barely working window blinds
9. Closets with broken hardware
10. Exposed wiring from broken outlets
11. Paper walls and floors like footstep amplifiers
12. The freeway, right outside your back door
13. Broken bolt locks
14. Broken stairwell bannisters (thats a winner for kids!)
15. Speaking of (1), your resident managers, no matter how much you badger them, will not give you copies of any of your paperwork, will make it as difficult as possible for you to get a hold of them, and will be totally incompetent in repairs. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn

Not everyone is going to have a great experience everywhere. I think the apartments have inproved 100% over the past year
