This is the least expensive and decent 2 bdrm apt in Middleton. We are in our 4th year here. The management company just did new landscaping, and it looks pretty nice. It's on a cul-de-sac, quiet, and a good place to raise kids. The management company seems pretty good, too. The bad thing is the dumpster area, which is always disgusting because people never put all their stuff in the dumpsters. And the basement is disgusting - not enough light, lots and lots of cobwebs and spiders, and the dryers don't work. But overall, I like living here.
