I decided to write a review because I just found this website. I hated living at Springtree. I did not feel safe at all. We had a drug dealer living across the hall from us and another tennant in the building being investigated on a suspicious death. There is no lighting in the parking lot and no locks on the outside doors. The office will provide you with a stick to prop inside your window so that no one can open it from the outside. I had family that lived on the other side of the property. While walking over there, through the property, one night I was chased down by some other residents or guests. Overall the convenience of location is nice, but I would not recomend this place to anyone who wants to be safe. We voiced our safety concerns to management and were told that keeping us safe wasn't their job, it was the job of Middleton Police.
