Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
The Manager sucks, he doesn't give a hoot about the residents.I have talked to him several times in person and either he has a case of the shakes, or he smells of alcohol.
There really isn't anything wrong with the apts., other than that the buildings are old.
