Horrible Place, Say Away From This Place, You will Be Sorry If You Move Here

We will be getting out next year have had enough. Given them enough chances to improve, only gets worse. Some of the constant problems are:
Huge water puddles coming through bathroom ceiling and staying settled in the light fixtures, water coming through livingroom ceiling, windows broken and promised to be replaced before we ever moved in we are still waiting, 6 years later! Outside lighting is barely on, very unsafe.MG&E constantly posts disconection notices on outside public areas to let tenents know this place isn't paying their bill and service will be cut off. That includes heat, public areas etc.Appliances stove and airconditioner don't work, have told them but they never come to look at them let alone replace.Never any hot water for showering, plus it is either brown or looks like black mud coming through the faucets. For the last couple of years they've turned the heat off in mid April, right now all the tenenants are so cold. The boilers don't work and the winter heat was always not working we froze then too. A great majority of tenants, including us, have constantly called the Middleton Building Inspector on this place. On some things it brought results, others no. Maintenance lazy, rude and don't know what they are doing.Nothing they do fix ever lasts or works. We have a new manager now, who seems very sweet. We hope she stays, but, with all the problems here it's doubtful. The old manager who got canned was constantly smelling off booze, shaking and full of "broken promises." All the good staff we did have former maintenance and grounds staff left long ago. Some of these people had over 20 years here, but, finally had enough. The entire complex is only half full, people leaving in droves. We can't wait to move.Cops here everyday so much going on in the apartments. They are renting to very seedy types now to fill the place up.Decent folks are leaving. We've had robbers live here, a guy who went from building to building with a loaded shotgun and shot an aprtment, child abusers, what looks like drug dealers. It's gotten very bad. It is especially embarassing when this stuff is on the TV news and they say it's your place where you live. You want to crawl in a hole, and not invite people over. It would have to improve DRASTICALLY for us to sign on again.Do yourself a favor and alot of disappointment, go pass this place and don't consider it.You will regret it if you do. I could go on and on and be more specific but with all this and others reviews we think you get the idea. Stay away from this place, it's no good!
