This place is nothing like its advertisements. In the photos you see the one newer building in the complex and that building is near a nicer part of Middleton, but the further into the complex you move, the worse it gets.

I moved here because I needed a place fast and I didn't really explore the grounds. The pool looked great and the management was friendly plus I got a discount the first few months so I went for it. Big mistake. The management staff is incompetent, the building is not safe and maintenance is terrible. They partly drained the pool in early fall so it turned into a rotten, green mess of leaves and bird poop and stayed that way until spring. Somehow they got it to look clean but I never used it once because it was so disgusting!

The neighborhood is dangerous and you will see lots of cops there. I was embarassed to live there because anyone from this area knows this place is trash.
