If you are looking for a cheap place to stay, its really not bad

For the amount we are paying, this place really is great. After living downtown Madison, its been a nice break from the high prices and poor upkeep. Not complete luxury, but definately worth its price.

If it was so great, why did you only stay a year? Sounds like an office staff person wrote this review. There's nothing great about this place.
