Here we go again. As I have written 3 times here, sad to say problems repeat themselves. We had a new manager, Rene who was doing a good job. She was really trying hard to bring this place around. We were seeing changes for the good, slow but sure. You notice I said HAD. Yes, this place let her go. It seems we get a great manager in here, and they let them go. Now we tenants know it's just more of the same old stuff. It'll soon be as it was with the bad managers again Steve, Brian etc. Too numerous to count. It's very frustrating for all of us.It's like a revovling door around here.They should have gotten rid of Norman and John the unmotivated, unknowlegeable, useless maintenace men, not Rene. We're putting in apps, and checking out other apts. Enough is enough of this place and all it's building problems, management problems and poor maintenance problems. Even the Middleton Building Inspector is fed up with this place. Pass this place up people, it's horrible and will never change. Middleton's # 1 rating in the country, NOT HERE.It's from one slum lord owner to another.
