This property recently changed hands and for the first time in 3 years since I've been here, I feel good about living here. You can tell they are spending money and making improvements. Roofs are being replaced, the parking lot has been replaced, the grounds have been maintained better (including trimming trees), the office was re-done, and now i see work being done in the hallways. I hear they are rehabbing all the units. Also, the reason I like living here is because the location is excellent and I really do not want to move. I feel like things are improving.
The office staff seems to know whats going on and seem willing to help. I actually called to have my leaky faucet repaired and it was done the same day. I just hope it continues.

Let's hope! We've lived here 8 years and have seen it go from beautiful, to the slum of Middleton, due to bad management.We hate it here now, but can't afford to move, like alot of folks here. Renee was a glimmer of hope, until she left.It would be nice if tenants apt's were redone, but they aren't going to, only the empty ones (of which the complex is 50% empty.)It would seem to me the loyal tenants who have stuck with this place should get nice homes first, but no luck. The new maintenance guy , Chris, is also a welcome addition. He's wonderful. Let's all hope for the best. We all deserve it after so much hell here. Maybe we all can give the Middleton Building Inspector a rest. We can only hope.
