after many ups and downs over the last seven years, we are pleased, as well, to see new management. i researched the new company, axiom properties, and they are very reputable and have other properties locally. i found their website, www.axiomproperties.com, if you are looking for more info. on the new owners. i agree, it is obvious that improvements are being made during the short period of time they have been here. i have a friend who lives at another property they own, park village apartments, on the southside of madison, and she says that things are done right there and repairs are done immediately. she has been very happy with the management. she's been there 2 years. i will keep my eyes open, as i have been optimstic in the past, and been let down. but it sure seems they are serious about returning this property back to they way it was when i moved in.
